1. General information

   1. This policy applies to all personal data that you provide to us or that we collect and process when you are using the SBA Urban website: http://mondayoffice.lt,

   2. UAB SBA Urban respects your privacy and protects your personal information that you provide to us and that we collect in accordance with this privacy policy. The present privacy policy explains why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

2. Personal data of candidates

   1. We process the personal data of candidates who have sent their CVs directly to us by e-mail or through job posting portals (name and surname, phone, e-mail, CV, cover letter and other data provided by the candidate) for the purpose of screening candidates. We process the personal data of candidates on the basis of consent.

   2. When screening candidates, we only process personal data that is related to candidate qualifications, professional skills and relevant qualities. We do not collect or process sensitive personal data of candidates.

3. Data retention period

   1. We process and store all of your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

   2. After the candidate selection period, we delete the CVs and other data sent by the candidates, unless we have obtained the candidate's consent to process his or her personal data for a longer period in order to offer a job position in the future. In this case, we keep the candidate's personal data for 1 year.

4. Data transfer

   1. We may transfer your personal data to third parties who help us administer our website and store appropriate data. Such third parties may include database software vendors, database administration service providers, cloud service providers, etc. Your personal data may also be disclosed to government or law enforcement agencies such as the police or supervisory authorities, but only upon their request and only when required by the applicable law or to ensure our rights or the safety of our customers, employees and resources.

5. Data protection

   1. We apply security and processing requirements set out in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.

   2. UAB SBA Urban takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.

6. Your rights

   1. You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

      1. The right to request SBA Urban to provide access to your data and correct or delete it, or to limit the processing of such data;

      2. The right to object to the processing of your data;

      3. The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability);

      4. The right to withdraw consent;

      5. The right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

7. Validity and amendments

All changes and/or additions to the privacy policy shall enter into force from the moment they are published on the website.
